We offer cooking classes, Health and Wellness seminars, as well as nutritional coaching to educate on ways to enhance health through food choice and preparation.
From Farm to Table…
We are passionate not only about healing our bodies, but our planet as well! We have an active project in Dr. Jane Goodall’s Roots and Shoots program. It is our endeavor to take part in this wonderful movement by empowering local youth to grow their own medicine, straight from Julianne’s garden. We seek to educate and raise awareness about to issues facing our world today. It is through service based learning that young people gain the knowledge and confidence to act on their beliefs and make a difference by being part of something bigger than themselves.
